How is my quote calculated?
The quote for Seal is based on the gross floor area (GFA). The calculation is based on the size of the floor area.
How is billing carried out?
Invoicing is either monthly or annually – we will agree on this together when we draw up the quote.
Is it possible to pause the Seal licence?
Yes, it is possible. You know better than anyone: it’s almost impossible to predict everything that might happen on the way to project completion. That’s why we offer you the option to pause your Seal licence for a small fee. You’ll of course still have access to your data!
Are there any special offers or discounts for new and existing customers?
Yes – for both new and existing customers! Our discounts depend on various factors, such as project size, duration, the number of projects, and the package selected. A particular highlight: add-on bundles are available at a discounted price. In short: we have the right terms
What happens after I submit my enquiry?
Once you have sent us your enquiry, we will get back to you within 3–5 working days with an initial, no-obligation quote. The more specific your details are, the more accurately we can calculate the price.
Can I invite other tradespeople and partners to join my project in Seal?
Of course – and it’s completely free! You can invite as many users as you like and customise exactly which data they have access to.
In which cases are the add-on packages worth it?
If you use Seal exclusively for internal organisation – for example, as an architectural or planning firm without involving other trades – you will usually only need a limited number of modules (e.g. rooms, topics, documents and collections).
In this case, our Basic Package or one of the specific bundles is particularly suitable: you can put together exactly the features you really need.
What is the maximum size allowed for a project in the first price category?
A project must have a gross floor area of up to 2,499 m² to qualify for the first price bracket. The second price bracket applies to projects of 2,500 m² or more.
At what project size does the highest price tier apply?
The highest price bracket starts at 50,000 m². For projects of this size or larger, we’ll be in touch to discuss the details and tailor the price specifically to your project.
What happens if I want to use Seal on more than one project?
A separate licence is required for each new project. If you use Seal for more than three projects, you’ll receive tiered discounts – ranging from 5% to 30% if you manage over 50 projects with us.
